56  | 十二月，令三司出炭四十萬，減市直之半以濟貧民。時連日大雪苦寒，故有是命。壬申，改謚玄聖文宣王為至聖文宜王。癸丑大中祥符六年春正月。呂源曰：正月對輔臣於崇政殿之西序，曰：『朕寢殿中，帟幕皆用青法絁，非張燭莫能辨色。』四年祀汾陰還，途御烏頭藤帽。或乘馬，以時暄涉遠，憫衛士肩輿執蓋之勞。至於巡幸州縣府，御製詩什，皆書粉牌揭於屋棟。三朝簡儉如此。故累聖不替舊風。自蔡京用事，倡豐亨豫大之說，開天下侈靡之心，輔相皆寒儒，而所處無異皇居，所事爭僭玉食。外之監司、郡守，亦以真紫為帟幕，彩繒緣簾帷，所至留題，則立石刻而覆碧紗。下至簿尉之微，道路之間，肩輿張蓋，益恣其驕，與天子青布葦簾、粉牌題詩、烏頭藤帽、青絁帟幕固有間矣。 |
