六月癸丑，殿中侍御史裏行吳中復上殿，彈宰相梁適奸邪。上曰：『近馬遵亦有彈疏，且言唐室自天寶而後治亂分，何也?』中復對曰：『明皇初任姚崇、宋璟、張九齡為宰相，遂致太平。乃李林甫用事，紀綱大壞，治亂於此分矣。雖威福在於人主，然後亂要在輔臣。』上曰：『朕每進用大臣，未嘗不採天下公議所歸，顧知人亦未易爾。』甲寅，出內藏庫綢絹五十萬、緡錢三十萬下河北助糴軍儲。
