冬十月乙丑，侍讀張大經等奏：『伏睹陛下嘗因講《泰》卦之『九二』，玉音有曰：『君子以其類進而為善，小人以其類進而為惡，未有無助者也。』講《萃》卦之『上六』，玉音有曰：『盛極則衰，亂極生治。』三復聖言，皆已深得大《易》之旨。欲望聖慈宣付史館。』詔從之。丙寅，進呈吏部奏：臣僚乞賓州三縣通差文武臣。上曰：『武臣中極難得人，小使臣尤不歷練，今委以一縣，只是害及一縣百姓。』庚午，中書門下省：『勘會州縣稅場所收課息自可足用，訪聞近來官司過數增收，以資妄用，致害民旅，理合禁止。』詔戶部遍牒諸路州軍，將應管稅務合趁課息如實及租額之數，即不得抑令增收，敢有違戾，在內委御史臺彈奏，在外委監司覺察。仍許被擾人戶越訴。辛巳，詔宇文虛中特更與恩澤二名，令曾孫承受。
