二月丁巳朔，詔兩淮諸州勸民耕墾荒田。壬戌，詔嗣秀王伯圭贊拜不名。罷諸郡權攝。癸亥，以久雨，釋大理、三衙、臨安府、兩浙路杖以下囚。丁卯，語帥臣監司歲終考察郡守臧否以聞。丁丑，右正言李沐上殿，乞罷右丞相趙汝愚政柄，以尊安天位，塞絕奸原。是日，汝愚乞罷政，出浙江亭待罪。詔中使宣押赴都堂治事。沐又乞更不宣押，是晚鎖院。戊寅，汝愚罷右丞相，除觀文殿大學士、知福州，制詞略曰：『頃我家之多難，賴碩輔之精忠，持危定傾，安社稷以為悅；任忠竭節，利國家無不為。既隆翊戴之勳，尚期啟沃之助。力陳忱悃，祈避煩言。』起居郎、權直學士院鄭湜所草也。湜坐無貶詞，免直學士院，未幾罷去。
