夏四月甲午朔，立韓世忠廟於鎮江府。命內外諸軍詳度純隊法。甲辰，知樞密院事兼參知政事許及之罷。賑恤江西水旱州縣。乙巳，參知政事費士寅兼知樞密院事，同知樞密院事張孝伯參知政事，吏部尚書錢象祖賜出身、同知樞密院事。丙辰，詔曰：『朕惟選舉之法所以公天下，而權要之臣徇私撓禁，請囑旁午，奔競日滋，寒畯見遺。乃者訓敕屢申，曾不知畏。令當必行，以儆中外。其有輒遺私書及受私書不以聞者，重置於理毋貸。』殿前司軍士與巡檢司卒哄擊，破民居，詔捕治之，主帥以下論罰有差。
