冬十月乙巳，降德音：降臨安府、紹興府罪囚一等［7］，民緣攢宮役者蠲其賦。丙午，更置殿前司純隊法。乙卯，復珍州遵義軍。丙辰，詔曰：『朕寅奉基圖，通遵祖武，憂勤弗怠，敢忘繼志之誠?寡昧自量，尤謹交鄰之道。屬邊臣之妄奏，致兵隙之遂開，重困生靈，久勤征役。省躬自咎，攬涕何言！第惟敵人陰誘曦賊，計其納叛之日，乃在交鋒之前，是則造端，豈專在我?況先捐泗上已得之地，亟諭諸將斂戍而還，蓋為修孝之階，所冀不遠之復。適傳來款，自我元戎，庸告九廟之靈，併嚴三使之選。束裝於境，持報即行，凡所要求，率多聽許。彌縫既至，悃愊備殫，無非曲為於斯民，詎意復乖於所約。議稱謂而不度彼己，索壤地而擬越封陲，規取貨財，數踰千萬，雖盟好之當續，念膏血之難脧。茲敷露於腹心，用伸儆於中外。深惟暴露，重痛死傷。疆場耗於流離，郡縣煩於供億，致汝於此，皆朕之愆。當知今日之師，誠非得已，而應豈無忠義，共振艱虞?思祖宗三百年涵濡之恩，極南北億萬眾創殘之苦，上下同力，遐邇一心。鑒往轍之莫追，幸方來之有濟。嗚呼！事雖過舉，蓋猶係於綱常；理貴反求，況已形於悔艾。凡我和戰，視彼去來，各有衛上之忠，茂建保邦之績。繄爾有眾，體茲至懷。』甲子，詔紹興府均敷和買。
