十二月癸卯，江南東路安撫使丘崇為江淮制置大使。罷山東、京東招撫司，起居郎許奕為金國通問使，前知真州林伯成副之。伯成不行，以帶御器械吳衡副之。乙巳，太白晝見。丁未，罷京西北路招撫使。己酉，罷葉適寶文閣待制。庚戌，許及之奪二官，泉州居住；薛叔似奪二官，福州居住。皇甫斌再奪五官，英德府安置。癸丑，金人復陷隨州。辛酉，參知政事錢象祖為右丞相兼樞密使，衛涇及給事中雷孝友並參知政事，吏部尚書林大中簽書樞密院事。甲子，楊次山開府儀同三司。乙丑，禮部尚書史彌遠同知樞密院事。丙寅，贈呂祖儉朝奉郎、直祕閣，官其子一人。丁卯，詔改明年元。詔曰：『頻年相繼，寰宇多虞，邊釁遽開。顧生靈之何罪?蟲蝗為孽，與旱潦之相仍，皆權臣誤國之致。斯在菲質，應天之敢後?今則典刑以正，綱紀益張。乃因正月之和，適際三陽之泰。誕揚大號，亶告多方。其以明年為嘉定元年。』是歲，浙西旱蝗，沿江諸州水。
