八月壬子朔，詔改強盜法：不持杖、不得財，徒二年；得財為錢萬及傷人者死，餘定罪有差。自是盜法惟京師加重，餘視舊益寬矣。辛酉，上作警嚴曲付太常隸習，名曰《振容歌》，從李照之請也。尋改名《奉禋》。丁丑，內出《景祐樂髓新經》六篇賜群臣，其一釋十二均，二明所主事，三辨音聲，四圖律呂相生并祭天地宗廟所用律及陰陽數配，五十二管之長短，六歷代度量衡皆本之於陰陽、配之於四時、建之於日月、通之於鞮竺、演之於壬式遁甲之法。己卯，知兗州孔道輔為龍圖閣直學士。時近臣有獻詩百篇者，執政請除龍圖閣直學士。上曰：『是詩雖多，不如孔道輔一言。』遂以命道輔。議者因是知前日之斥果非上意也。初命朝臣為荊湖福建廣南等路提點銀銅坑冶鑄錢公事。
