冬十月壬戌，以徐邦憲兼知臨安府。時都城米價踴貴，楮幣不通，乞丐之人，有群攫餅餌於傳法寺前者。御史臺上章論守臣區處無策。邦憲丐免，章四上，乃免兼知臨安府。丁卯，命京湖制置司募逃卒及放散忠義，以補廂、禁軍之闕。丁丑，金主遣使來賀瑞慶節。已丑，命兩淮轉運司給諸州民稻種，減公私房廊白地錢什三，如淳熙故事。
