28  | 十一月辛卯朔，沔州統制張林等謀作亂。事發，貸死除名，廣南羈管。甲午，詔浙西監司募飢民修水利。乙未，以歲飢，罷雪宴。是月，郴州黑風峒寇李元礪為亂。黑風峒屯在郴、吉之間，而地屬郴之桂陽縣。初。羅孟二者名世傳，峒之首酋也。去年，世傳出掠省地，已而受招，詔補承節郎。去年二月，世傳之犯省地也，郴州舉人李元礪嘗助官軍擊賊。元礪素以武斷鄉曲，群盜皆畏之。比世傳受招，論功行賞，而元礪不及，遂去為盜，盜推為帥。時江、湖方艱食，飢民及汰兵多附之，遂至數萬。至是，連破吉、郴諸縣。詔遣荊、鄂、江、池大軍討之。 |
