閏九月戊辰朔，詔御史臺置考課監司簿。丙戌，以金主新立，命四川謹邊備。己丑，詔湖北監司、守令賑恤旱傷。癸巳，雷。甲午，右丞相史彌遠等上三祖下七世仙源類譜、《高宗皇帝寶訓》、《皇帝玉牒》、《會要》。乙未，大雷。丙申，詔曰：『朕欽若天命，矜愛元元，夙夜靡寧，惟恐有闕。乃後九月，氣已屬冬，雷未收聲，將以警朕。惕若祗懼，祗省厥愆。二三大臣，其悉心叶力，交修不逮，庸副朕躬，仰承天戒焉。』史彌遠請罷政，不許。
