冬十月辛巳朔，御邇英閣。侍讀蔡京言：『竊見王安石有《日錄》一集，其間皆先帝與安石反覆論天下事及熙寧改更法度之意，本末備具。欲乞略行修纂進讀。』上曰：『宮中自有本，朕已詳閱數次矣。』邊報言羌人以彗星肆赦罷兵，以放散人馬。上曰：『羌人猶畏天變，況中國乎?』壬寅，邢恕為御史中丞，章敦實啟上也。恕嘗謂敦有定策功，而敦每疑元祐人複用，謀誅絕之，知恕肯任此事，故不以序遷改。時敦與卞已不咸，恕即上疏論朋黨。
