二月丙午朔，詔：『昨者諫疏戒飭百司盡公守法，指緘封事目最為病源，深中累年積習之弊。邇日劾及都司，具有實狀，所當申嚴禁戢，俾各自愛，毋陷匪彞，以速厥辜。』丁未，詔禮部貢舉。辛亥，檢正陳昉言：『陛下欲賞信罰必，莫若嚴考課之法。乞明詔有司，下之諸道：帥臣、監司歲考郡守、歲考縣課，第其能否優劣功過，於次年三月類聚保奏。監司則有互申之法，宜悉遵彞典。』詔從之。是日，雪。丙辰，韓禾、洪天錫並兼侍講，趙景緯兼崇政殿說書。丁卯，詔諸路申嚴州縣斛面之禁，豁除義倉陳腐米數，樁積邊郡三年軍餉。行臺臣之言也。是夜，月犯斗。辛未，雨土。詔梁椿選右正言程元岳、朱應元並監察御史。
