| 20 | 史臣吳士連曰：天子七月而塟。昔周桓王七年始塟，以周室有子儀、黑肩之亂故也。憲宗至是始塟，四年矣，未聞有故也，盖有上皇而從其命歟。然當時未聞以禮爭者。 |
