395  | 十一月、勅諭山南承宣府縣等官曰：「爾軰任隆方面、責任親民、不能體朝廷惠養之仁、乃徒為鞭樸簿書之末。今爾使司府縣等宜速行管內山澤海岸等地、可為田堤堰溝渠、勢可築决、及有虎狼為害、豪横敎唆、風俗澆漓、生民疾苦、凡便之當興、害之當去。百日之內、謹續奏擧、怠慢過期、差錦衣衞士體訪得便猶可興、害猶可除、而爾奏不及、府縣罷職、充廣南軍、承司官降職。」 |
| 399 | 是月、上命合總兵宣召符勅、仍諭各衞總兵官：「爾軰帥閫重任、藩維所寄、朝廷有宣召拿問發兵諸重事、務必降勅書內符、詳勘合符、果無差忒、方可從命。如有勅無符、有符無勅、及公侯以下各衙門移勾徵調等文書、並是奸詐、爾速留起本驛奏、擅自離任者、重死輕流。」 |
