29  | 六月丁巳朔，始置百官待漏院於建福門外。故事，建福、望仙等門，昏而閉，五更而啟，與諸坊門同時。至德中有吐蕃囚自金吾仗亡命，因敕晚開門，宰相待漏於太僕寺車坊。至是始令有司據班品置院。戊午，鳳翔節度使張敬則卒。乙丑，五坊色役戶及中書門下兩省納課陪廚戶及捉錢人，並歸府縣色役。己巳，停舒、廬、滁、和四州團練使額。癸酉，東都莊宅使織造戶，並委府縣收管，乙亥，停潤州丹陽軍額。丙子，左神策軍新築夾城，置玄化門晨耀樓。辛巳，以京兆尹李鄘為鳳翔尹、鳳翔隴右節度使。蔡州水，平地深七八尺。 |
