二月己巳朔，冊天下兵馬元帥，尚書令，雍王适為皇太子。癸酉，上親薦獻太清宫、太廟。乙亥，祀昊天上帝於圓丘，即日還宫。戊寅，以澧州剌史裴冕為左僕射兼御史大夫，充東都、河南、江南、淮南轉運使。己未，孫守真按：本書殆「己已巳、刺剌」不分也。第五𤦺開決汴河。五月丁酉朔。戊午，勑中書、門下兩省加置散騎常侍四員，官為正三品。𢈏申，罷𫞓貢孝悌力田、童子等科。甲子，禁鈿作珠翠等，委所司切加捉搦。癸未，制：「太保、兼中書令、靈州大都督府長史、單于鎮北副大都護、充朔方節度、關內度支營田鹽池押諸蕃部落副大使、知節度事、六城水運使、河北副元帥、上柱國、大寧郡王僕固懷恩，先任靈州大都督府長史、單于鎮北副元帥、朔方節度使宜並停，其太保、兼尚書令、大寧郡王如故。七月己酉，河南副元帥、太尉、兼侍中、臨淮王李光弼薨於徐州，廢朝三日。判度支第五琦兼京兆尹、御史大夫。八月丁卯，宰臣王縉為侍中，持節都統河南、淮西、淮南、山南東道節度行營事，進封太原郡公。固讓侍中，從之。宰相杜鴻漸判門下省事。癸巳，王縉兼領東京留守。
