42  | 旧礼，尚书令奉玉牒，今无其官，请以中书令从事。按汉武帝时，张安世为尚书令，游宴后宫，以宦者一人出入帝命，改为中书谒者令。至成帝，罢宦者，用士人。魏黄初改秘书，置中书监令。旧尚书并掌制诰，既置中书官，而制诰枢密皆掌焉。则自魏以来，中书是汉朝尚书之职。今尚书令奉玉牒，是用汉礼，其官既阙，故可以中书令主之。 |
