5  | 三年春正月庚寅，詔繕工大監兼瀚海都護劉審禮為西域道安撫大使。壬子，以右相劉仁軌為遼東道副大總管。二月戊午，遼東道破薛賀水五萬人，陣斬首五千餘級，獲生口三萬餘人，器械牛馬不可勝計。丙寅，以明堂制度歷代不同，漢、魏以還，彌更訛舛，遂增損古今，新制其圖。下詔大赦，改元為總章元年。二月戊寅，幸九成宮。己卯，分長安、萬年置乾封、明堂二縣，分理於京城之中。癸未，皇太子弘釋奠於國學。贈顏回太子少師，曾參太子少保。 |
