21  | 夏四月辛卯，以尚輦奉御、周國公武承嗣為宗正卿。五月己未，詔：「春秋二社，本以祈農，如聞此外別為邑會。此後除二社外，不得聚集，有司嚴加禁止。」六月壬寅，太白入東井。秋八月壬辰，追尊宣簡公為宣皇帝，懿王為光皇帝，太祖武皇帝為高祖神堯皇帝，太宗文皇帝為文武聖皇帝，太穆皇后為太穆神皇后，文德皇后為文德聖皇后。皇帝稱天皇，皇后稱天後。改咸亨五年為上元元年，大赦。戊戌，敕文武官三品己上服紫，金玉帶；四品深緋，五品淺緋，並金帶；六品深綠，七品淺綠，並銀帶；八品深青，九品淺青，鍮石帶；庶人服黃，銅鐵帶。一品已下文官，並帶手巾、算袋、刀子、礪石，武官欲帶亦聽之。 |
