13  | 八月丁酉朔，受內禪。乙巳，即皇帝位於宣政殿。先是，連月霖雨，上即位之日晴霽，人情欣悅。丙午，升平公主進女口十五人，上曰：「太上皇不受獻，朕何敢違！其還郭氏。」丁未，始御紫宸對百僚。己酉，以道州刺史路怒為邕管經略使。庚戌，荊南獻龜二，詔曰：「朕以寡昧，纂承丕業，永思理本，所寶惟賢。至如嘉禾神芝，奇禽異獸，蓋王化之虛美也。所以光武形於詔令，《春秋》不書祥瑞，朕誠薄德，思及前人。自今已後，所有祥瑞，但令準式申報有司，不得上聞；其奇禽異獸，亦宜停進。」癸丑，劍南西川節度使、檢校太尉、中書令、南康郡王韋皋薨。甲寅，以常州刺史穆贊為宣歙池觀察使，以前宣歙觀察使崔衍為工部尚書。己未，以中書侍郎、平章事袁滋為劍南東西兩川、山南西道安撫大使，時昌韋皋卒，劉闢據蜀邀節鉞故也。辛酉，太上皇誥冊良娣王氏為太上皇后。癸亥，以朝請大夫、守尚書左丞、輕車都尉、賜紫金魚袋鄭餘慶同中書門下平章事。丙寅，以饒州刺史李吉甫為考功郎中，夔州刺史唐次為吏部郎中。並知制誥。 |
