34  | 戊午，詔曰：近年已來，河堤頻決，壊廬舎，害田畝，数郡被其害。先是，築遥堤以遏水勢，民利其膏沃，多種蓺、居䖏於其中。河漲，郎罹其患。宜令殿中侍御史柴成務、國子監丞趙孚、供奉官萬彦恭、殿直郭載，分往河南、北岸，桉行遙堤，有不完䖏，發丁男治之。民先占堤內種植者，免其稅，遷於善地焉。御製晚秋五、七言詩二首，賜近臣。 |
