《李蓮英侮福錕》 |
1  | 光緒中葉，李蓮英怙寵滋甚。儀鸞殿側有斗室，為大臣內直憩息之所，一日，李在此室，於玻璃窗中見大學士福錕將至，故含餘茶於口，俟福至，甫及簾，李驟揭簾，對福噴茶，若吐漱然，淋漓滿面。亟笑謝曰：「不知中堂到此，殊冒昧。」福無可如何，徐徐拭乾而已。 |
| 12 | 大內費用，由戶部撥交內務府者，同治乙丑一案，定為三十萬兩。戊辰，又加三十萬兩。後內務府每年時向戶部支取二三十萬不等。至光緒癸巳，戶部堂官奏參內務府堂官不能撙節，時福錕為戶部尚書兼內務府堂官，出奏時，照例迴避，後均得處分。已而忽降旨，以後每年再添五十萬兩。 |
