1  | 胡方，字大靈，新會金竹岡人，僑居南海之鹽步。元和惠士奇督粵學時，嘗訪之，檥舟至村外，遣吳某至其家，求一見，急揮手曰：「學政未蕆事，不可見，不可見。」出吳而扃其門。惠再至，索所著書，僅乃得之。惠試竣，仍介吳求見，則假一冠，投刺至，長揖曰：「今日齋沐，謝知己。方年邁，無受教地，不能執弟子禮。」語畢遂起。 |
