1  | 三《禮》之學，張爾岐於《儀禮》首正鄭注句讀，廓清之功，比於武事。專考譌脫者，則有盧文弨、金曰追諸人。專習漢讀者，則有段玉裁、胡承珙諸人。分類專考者，則有任啟運、程瑤田諸人。若胡培翬者，博聞篤志，閱數十年，上推周公、孔子垂教之旨，發明鄭康成、賈疏之得失，旁逮鴻儒經生之議，成《正義》四十卷，唐宋以來，罕有其匹。《周禮》則戴震考工，熟精名物；段玉裁漢讀，博通訓詁；阮元校勘，廣列異同。似此諸家，咸宜甄錄。《禮記》則通校全書，不遺細微者，元與張敦仁是也。疏證明通，篤守師法者，李富孫、陳喬樅是也。若夫衣服宮室之度，冠昏喪祭之儀，軍賦官祿之制，天文地理之說，能考求古義，集禮家之大成者，則莫如秦蕙田之《五禮通考》。而綜貫群經，博采眾論，實事求是，惟善是，不墨守一家之學者，江永之《禮書綱目》，黃以周之《禮書通故》，亦其選也。 |
