10  | 五月二十七日癸，邜金國大使、辰州管內都貝勒冨謨古、副使州防禦使李簡到國門，差黃潜善、王宗濋充館伴，馬擴充送伴前去宣撫司。 茆齋《自敘》曰：「僕既受命復太原，見童貫，貫問僕燕中事宜，僕以常勝軍授田利害荅，王安中治燕次序之，語一。 一白之童驚，因云：「吾竊慮常勝軍將來為患，欲與削了，如何？」僕答：「如某至愚，亦知常勝軍，他日必為患。然而自今女真顧慮，未敢輙肆舉兵者，蓋忌此項軍也。若遽削之，不唯金人窺覘，兼此軍即便起變，是自引惹，莫若因而用之」。貫云：「其術安在？」僕答曰：「今藥師之衆，止是三萬餘人，多是馬軍武勇，太師誠能於陕西、河東、河北三路，選摘精鋭馬步十萬人，分為三部，擇有智勇器識可及藥師者，三分統之，一駐于燕山，與藥師對營相制，一駐于廣信軍或中山府，一駐于雄州或河間府。犬牙相臨，使藥師之衆進有所托，退有所忌，則金人雖有他意，豈易敢前？」貫云：「甚好，但十萬人不易那儧，我當別有措畫」。貫云：「國家挫威，皆自延慶之遁，當時再起种師道提許多西兵舉，事卻不至如此誤國家大事，每竊歎恨」。後乃置四總管，罷王安中，而用蔡靖也。 |
