10  | 二十三日甲申，斗星不見。 吴革乞起陜西兵為京城援。初，太原陷，朝廷遣閣門宣賛舍人吳革奉使金人軍中，見尼堪庭揖不拜，責其貪利背約，氣勁詞直，金人色動，為追回攻威勝之兵，授書而還，革備得金人情狀，既歸報，宣撫折彥質，請于朝廷，備河南。十月，有㫖召赴闕，至是登對，上問割地與不割利害，革曰：「金人有吞箭之誓，入攻必矣，乞措置邊地，起陜西兵馬為京城援，不復議和，遂遣革使陜西勾兵，委同諸帥臣講武備。二十四日乙酉，河北西路提㸃刑獄王起之、河北西路提舉常平楊淵、河北西路提舉常平茶塩公事秦百祥，相州參康王。初、王起之、楊淵、秦百祥，先被㫖差在黃河之南，防托黎陽縣駐劄濬州，移置在黎陽縣。起之、淵、百祥輙離駐劄地方，相州參王，王詰其擅離職事，初不接見，至三日乃見之，起之等留相州久，客倉州郡，使監司人人如此，緩急之際，朝廷何望耶？」 |
