10  | 十三日壬子，工部尚書莫將、刑部侍郎周聿自京西割地回。 朝廷與金人元帥書書曰：「某啓即日春和，伏惟鈞候，起居萬福。某前日遣人付泗州上狀，續次津發耶律溫，今必皆達府下，近據邉界申報，合具咨稟鄧界上，縁李驃騎將甲軍到來，民方不知，多有驚移，陜西隴城寨將官王吉，領兵馬於治坊鎮等處打刼孳畜，驅擄戶口，殺害人民，致使相近去處，皆不安帖，竊慮引惹生事，致傷和好，敢望嚴賜約束，實為幸甚，兼告指揮泗州，今後遇有書信，即為收接發納，庻得情懇即達，不致留滯向煖，竊冀倍深，鈞重不宣」。 |
