| 9 | 十九日乙卯，順昌官吏手詔「詔：順昌府官吏軍民等：強隣犯境，王師扼衝，惟爾吏民協濟軍事，保扞城壘，驅遏敵勢，眷乃忠勤，宜加撫惠，應本府見禁罪人，除犯刼殺、故殺、鬭殺並已殺人者，並十惡罪至死。偽造符印、放火官員，犯入已賍，將校軍人公人犯枉法監主，自盜賍，並依法內枉法，自盜罪至死，情理輕者，奏取指揮。鬭殺罪至死，情理輕者，減一等，刺配千里外牢城，斷訖，録案聞奏。其餘死罪降從流，流罪已下，並放。官員在城守禦者，並與轉一資，軍人等第犒設一次。民間租稅，昨降赦已放三年外，更與放免。二年，管下諸縣及鄉村人戶，曽被敵人焚刼，財産屋業者，並依灾傷法賑濟，給舊使郊，曽經放散，委有武藝才力可使者，依舊收補，支給請受，管內逓鋪兵級，更與犒設一次，逃亡軍人，限指揮到百日內，許於所在首身，依舊收管，限滿不首，復罪如初，應本府縣有民間利害，守臣條具以聞。詔書到日，明告吏民，各令知悉」。 |
