6  | 九日戊申，樞密院契丹通好榜：「大宋三省樞密院。紹興三十一年九月九日，三省樞密院同奉聖㫖：契丹與我為二百年兄弟之國，頃縁奸臣誤國，招致金人，彼此皆被其毒，朕既移蹕江南，而遼亦逺居漠北，相去萬里，音信不通，今天亡此衆，使自送死，朕提兵百萬，收復中原，惟爾大遼豪傑忠義之士，亦協力乗勢，宜殱厥渠魁，報耶律之深讎，將來事定，通好如初，各宜知悉」。 又榜：續措置招諭事件：「大宋三省樞密院：紹興三十一年十月九日，三省樞密院同奉聖㫖：今續措置招諭事件，如後渤海、奚、契丹諸國，與我本朝初無讎隙，止縁金人不道，刼以兵威，簽率從軍，不能自脫，今朕親行討伐，為完顔亮一族，倉卒之間，恐難分彼此。本榜到日，如能束身來歸，或擒殺帥首自効者，除依格給賞外，雖管軍節鉞，朕亦不惜。一金人與我中國，雖為不共戴天之讎，然念國人刼于兵威，各為其主，今完顔亮殺君殺母，屠兄戮弟，暴興工役，殘虐生民，自古及今，無此凶逆，爾等各有知識，如見此榜，文能翻然改悔，束身來降者，從前過愆，一切不問，仍優加爵賞，右。出榜曉諭，各宜知悉」。 金人攻廬州，建康都統王權領軍遁走，金人攻廬州，在城官吏望風争遁。時建康都統王權屯廬州，當夜二更，領本軍人馬出城。 |
