10  | 任守忠字稷臣始以䕃為入內黃門累轉西頭供奉官領御藥院坐事廢乆之復故官稍遷上御藥供奉初章獻明肅皇后聽政守忠與都知江德明等交通請謁權寵過盛仁宗親政出為黃州都監又謫監莫州酒稅稍遷潭州都監徙合流鎮西鄙用兵又為秦鳯涇原路駐泊都監以功再遷東染院使內侍押班出為定州鈐轄加內侍副都知累遷宣政使洋州觀察使為入內都知英宗即位拜宣慶使安靜軍留後初英宗不豫守忠交亂兩宮語言誕妄於是知諫院司馬光論守忠離間之罪以為國之大賊民之巨蠧乞斬於都市遂貶保信軍節度副使蘄州安置守忠乆被寵幸用事於中人不敢言其過及貶中外快之乆之起為左武衛將軍致仕卒年七十九 |
