83  | 蔡經，字半洲，侯官人。嘉靖十七年，總督兩廣時，弩灘賊侯公丁等時出殺掠，經㑹安逺侯栁珣，發兵討賊，以兵事屬副使翁萬達，誘致公丁，斬之，諸猺歸順，藤峽復平。張岳，字維喬，惠安人，正徳進士，嘉靖間，任廣西提學，與諸生論學，一宗程、朱，後總制兩粤，約諸大吏，非檄召毋得入轅門，即檄召，不得持一物，諸大吏惴惴惟謹。故事，餉金俱上，制府受記，公歸之梧郡，第視其牘，稍鈎稽之耳。乙巳春，封川猺民煽亂，公集諸道兵討平之，栁州猺弗靖，公徵兵三道並進，破共巢、馬平諸邑，皆為編戶，時方議征府江諸猺，而留都少司寇之命已下，天子從御史徐公言，留公再督兩粤，㑹賀縣告急，公發兵平之，遂擢右都御史，入掌院事。 |
