1  | 約，字存博，汧公李勉之子也。元和中，仕為兵部員外郎。與主客員外張諗極相知。每單枕靜言，達旦不寐。嘗贈韋況曰：「我有心中事，不向韋郎說。秋夜洛陽城，明月照張八。」性清潔寡欲，一生不近粉黛，博古探奇。初，汧公海內名臣，多蓄古今玩器，約愈好之，所居軒屏公案，必置古銅怪石，法書名畫，皆歷代所寶。坐間悉雅士，清談終日，彈琴煮茗，心略不及塵事也。嘗使江南，於海門山得雙峰石及綠石琴薦，並為好事者傳閟。然亦寓意，未嘗戛然寡情，豪奪吝與。復嗜茶，與陸羽、張又新論水品特詳。曾授客煎茶法，曰：「茶須緩火炙，活火煎，當使湯無妄沸。始則魚目散布，微微有聲；中則四畔泉湧，纍累然；終則騰波鼓浪，水氣全消。此老湯之法，固須活水，香味俱真矣。」時知音者賞之。有詩集。後棄官終隱。又著《東杓引譜》一卷，今傳。 |
