17  | 五年春正月，知滑州陳堯佐以西北水壞城，無外禦，築大隄。又迭埽於城北，護州中居民。復就鑿橫木，下垂木數條，置水旁以護岸，謂之木龍，當時賴焉。復並舊河開枝流，以分導水勢。有詔嘉獎。 |
