1  | 宋彭龜年撰。龜年字子壽，淸江人。乾道五年進士。歴官煥章閣待制，知江陵府。遷湖北安撫使，坐事落職。尋複官，以寶謨閣待制致仕。卒謚忠肅。事跡具《宋史》本傳。龜年官右史時，面折廷諍，劘切人主，有古直臣之風。集中所存奏疏、札子尚五十五篇，敷陳明確，多關於國家大計。其論光宗不朝重華宮，疏凡三四上。至於伏地叩額，血漬甃甓，光宗亦為之感動。又嘗事寧宗於藩邸，有舊學之恩。即位後數進讜言，拳拳懇到。因風雷示變，極陳小人之竊權。及朱子以論韓侂胄被絀，龜年又上疏請與同斥。今諸疏並在集中，其嚴氣正性，凜然猶可想見。史稱其學識正大，議論簡直，善惡是非，辨析甚嚴。故生平雖不以文章名，而懇惻之忱與剛勁之氣，浩然直達，語不求工而自工。固非鞶帨為文者所得潔其長短也。《宋史藝文志》載其集四十七卷，世久失傳。今從《永樂大典》所載，益以《歴代名臣奏議》所錄，共得文二百二十三首、詩二百二十首。依類編次，厘為二十卷。雖得諸殘闕之餘，而其一生建白，史所未盡載者，已略具於是。傳龜年之文，益足傳龜年之人矣。 |
