1  | 明魏良弼撰。良弼字師說，別號水洲，新建人。嘉靖癸未進士，官至禮科都給事中，以劾張璁為所中，削籍歸；隆慶初，即家晉太常寺少卿致仕；天啟初，追謚忠簡。事跡具《明史》本傳。是集為南昌劉曰寧所刪訂，豐城熊劍化為刻於華亭。據其原目，凡《奏議》、《書簡》、《語錄》、《撰述》、《詩賦》等五卷，附錄《碑記》、《行略》一卷。此本佚其第三卷之《語錄》與其第四卷之《撰述》，僅存四卷，非完帙矣。原《序》稱其學為陽明高弟，建言受杖者三，今《疏稿》具載一二卷中，葢亦剛直之士，詞章則非所長也。 |
