1  | 明龔輝撰。輝，餘姚人。嘉靖癸未進士，官至工部左侍郎。是書首陝西省治，次自西安府以下分府紀錄，有《藩封》、《公署》、《官師》、《戶口》、《田賦》、《河防》、《關隘》、《馬政》、《屯田》諸目。末為《邊鎮圖》，於山川形勢、關隘汛地、道里遠近皆繪而列之。輝初承巡按御史登州浦鎔檄，纂輯《全陝政要》，總督三邊軍務楊守禮為之序。後以卷帙繁重，複節為此本，僅存梗概，故名曰「略」焉。 |
| 1 | 明龔輝撰。輝有《全陝政要略》，已著錄。嘉靖時營仁壽宮，輝以營繕司主事奉使督木四川，得大木五千餘株，版枋如之。部札欲再倍其數，公私俱困，民情洶洶。輝乃繪山川險惡、轉運艱苦等狀，為十五圖，前後各作圖說具奏。竟得旨停止。後列札子三篇，又附載詩文數首。其曰《西槎匯草》者，輝嘗使浙東，故此名「西槎」以別之也。其圖說札子，皆剴切酸楚，使人感動。與張問之《造磚圖說》相等。自當以《採木圖說》為名，不當更贅附詩文，名以「匯草」。其編次殊無體例。且詩文寥寥數首，又皆不工，益為無謂矣。今仍著錄政書中，從所重也。 |
