1  | 明馬理撰。理字伯循，三原人。正德甲戌進士。官至南京光祿寺卿。事跡具《明史儒林傳》。其書雖參用鄭玄、王弼及程、朱二家之說，然大旨主於義理，多引人事以明之。朱睦㮮《序》稱此書發凡舉例，闡微摘隱，博求諸儒異同，得十餘萬言。原書十有七卷，其門人涇陽龐俊繕錄藏於家，河南左參政莆田鄭絅為付梓。今本僅存七卷，《繫辭上傳》以下皆佚，案朱彞尊《經義考》已注曰「闕」，則其來久矣。 |
| 1 | 明馬理撰。理有《周易贊義》，已著錄。是集凡「文」六卷，「詩」五卷，「補遺」一卷，則有文無詩。理少從王恕游，務為篤實之學，故所詁諸經，亦多所闡發，惟其文喜摹《尚書》，似夏侯湛昆弟誥之體，遣詞宅句，塗飾雕刻，其為贋古，視李夢陽又甚焉。《明史儒林傳》載楊一清督學關中，見理及呂柟、康海文，大奇之，曰康生之文章，馬生、呂生之經術，皆天下士也。則一清雖賞識之，已不以文章許理與楠矣。史又稱：理名震都下，高麗使者慕之，錄其文以去。葢亦以其人重之耳。 |
