1  | 明章煥撰。煥字揚華，一字茂實，長洲人，嘉靖戊戌進士，官至督理南京倉儲右副都御史。煥初由刑部主事改吏部，擢南京太僕寺卿。值倭犯兩浙諸郡，乃上《平倭疏》凡十二策。及轉光祿寺卿，複上《安攘八事》。旋擢右僉都御史巡撫福建，又陳《明職守》、《授成算》二疏。前後四疏，皆為倭事而發。此本乃嘉靖己未煥由河南巡撫拜督漕之命，將去汴時，周藩鎮國中尉睦為序而刻之者也。 |
| 1 | 明章煥撰。煥有《平倭四疏》，已著錄。其官總督南京倉儲副都御史時，以赴任遲延，言者劾其怠慢君命，逮治，謫戍廣東。卷中題「羅浮山人」，葢在粵時所自號也。集為其子德基所編，凡奏疏四卷，雜文九卷，詩一卷，而以德基從戍時賦詩百餘首，附於末。 |
