《卷73 史部·地理類存目二》

明費寀撰。寀字子和，鉛山人。正德辛未進士，官至禮部尚書。事跡附見《明史費宏傳》。廣信自成化初始有志。嘉靖乙酉，寀以編修家居，乃與同郡江汝璧、楊麟等增修，定為此本，凡八門。

明周文採編。李時珍《本草綱目》引作周良採，字之訛也。其里貫未詳。是書乃其為蜀獻王椿侍醫時，承獻王之命所作，則洪武中人也。每門皆抄錄古方，而各冠以論。嘉靖二十三年，通政使顧可學奏進，詔禮部重錄付梓，仍行兩京各省翻刻。前有獻王序及文採自序，並載禮部尚書費寀題覆疏二篇，蓋亦翻刻本也。
