2  | 《通考》引晁、陳二家書目並作王闢。案魏野《東觀集》有贈王衢、王闢同登第詩，則北宋實有其人。然野當真宗之時，與此書年不相及，蓋傳寫脫之字也。 |

| 1 | 宋魏野撰。野字仲先，號草堂居士。先世蜀人，徙於陝州。真宗聞其名，召之，不出。天禧三年卒，贈秘書省著作郎。事跡具《宋史隱逸傳》。野與林逋同時。身後之名，不及逋裝點湖山，供後人題詠。而當時則聲價出逋上。《澠水燕談》載：「真宗西祀汾陰，至遣人圖畫所居。」《宋史》本傳載：「大中祥符初，遼使至宋，言本國得野《草堂集》上帙，願求全部。」《續湘山野錄》載：「長安名姬添蘇得野一詩，至署於堂壁，誇鬻於人。」則傾動一時可想也。據天聖元年薛田所作集序，野先有《草堂集》行在人間。《宋史》亦稱野《草堂集》十卷。則十卷者野舊本也。序又稱其子閒以新舊詩三百篇混而編之，匯為七卷。 |
