1  | 明徐用誠撰，劉純續增。用誠字彥純，會稽人。純字宗厚，咸寧人。用誠原本，名《醫學折衷》，分中風、痿傷風、痰飲、滯下、洩瀉、瘧、頭痛、頭眩、咳逆、痞滿、吐酸、痓癘、風癇、破傷風、損傷十七類。純以其條例未備，又益以咳嗽、熱火、暑、濕、燥、寒、瘡瘍、氣血、內傷、虛損、積聚、消渴、水氣、腳氣、諸疝、反胃、脹滿、喉痺、淋閟、眼目、牙齒、腰痛、腹痛、心痛、斑疹、黃疸、霍亂、厥痺、婦人、小兒三十三類，始改今名。仍於目錄各注續添字，以相辨識，或於用誠原本十七類中有所附論，亦注續添字以別之。是二人相繼而成，本書可據。《明史·藝文志》惟著劉純之名，蓋失考也。其書雖皆採掇諸家舊論舊方，而各附案語，多所訂正，非餖飣抄撮者可比。嘉靖庚寅，延平黃焯刻於永州，首載楊士奇序，知二人皆明初人。士奇序謂二人皆私淑朱震亨，今觀其書，信然。又謂北方張元素再傳李杲，三傳王好古，南方朱震亨得私淑焉。 |
