2  | 五卷、六卷則專記黃河職官、夫役、道里之數，及歷代至本朝治河成績。七卷則輯錄前明潘季馴《河防辨惑》、國朝崔維雅《芻議或問》二書。八卷則鳳祚所自著也，曰《芻論》，曰《修守事宜》，曰《河防緒言》，曰《河防永賴》。書中援據古今，於河防得失，疏証頗明。惟《海運》一篇，欲訪元運故道，與漕河並行，蓋猶祖邱濬之舊說。則迂謬而遠於事情，遂為白璧之微瑕，無是可矣。 |
| 1 | 國朝崔維雅撰。維雅，新安人。順治丙戌舉人，初任儀封縣知縣，升淮安府同知，調開封府南河同知。即以防河功，授寧波府知府。因總河王光裕請，再遷管河道僉事，官至布政使。其成是書，則為江蘇按察使司時也。其治河有七法。 |
