1  | 明張燮撰。燮字紹和，龍溪人。萬歷甲午舉人。考《明史黃道周傳》，載其《三罪四恥七不如疏》，在崇禎十八年，距燮鄉薦之時已四十四年，尚稱「志尚高雅，博學多通，不如龍溪舉人張燮」，則燮以舉人終於家也。是書成於萬歷丁巳，仿宋趙汝适《諸蕃志》例，惟載海國之通互市者。首《西洋考》，凡十五國，又附錄者四；次《東洋考》，凡七國，又附錄者十二；次《外紀考》，為日本及紅毛番。不通貢市，故別著之；次《稅餉考》，分《水編》、《陸編》、《職官》、《公署》四子目；次《舟師考》，分《內港水程二洋針路》、《祭祀》、《占驗》、《水醒水忌》、《定日》、《惡風》、《潮汐》七子目；次《稅璫考》，紀神宗時內官高寀通番蠹國，劫官擾民始末最詳；次《藝文》；次《逸事考》。 |
