1  | 明歸有光撰。有光有《易經淵旨》，已著錄。是書大旨以治吳中之水，宜專力於松江。松江既治，則太湖之水東下，而他水不勞餘力。當時堤防廢壞，漲沙幾與崖平，水旱俱受其病。因採集前人水議之尤善者七篇，而自作《水利論》二篇以發明之。又以《三江圖》附於其後。蓋松江為震澤尾閭，全湖之水皆從此赴海。所謂「塞則六府均其害，通則六府同其利」者，前人已備言之。尋其湮塞之流，則張弼《水議》所謂「自夏原吉浚範家濱直接黃浦，浦勢湍急，洩水益徑。 |
