1  | 國朝高愈撰。愈字紫超，無錫人。順治中歲貢生。《江南通志》載愈著《周官集解》十六卷，當即是書。其分卷各異，殆傳寫者不同也。書中採前人之說多本諸王昭禹《訂義》，亦間有發明。其中有最駁者數條，如《大司徒》：「諸公之地封疆方五百里，其食者半。諸侯之地封疆方四百里，其食者三之一。諸伯之地封疆方三百里，其食者三之一。諸子之地封疆方二百里，其食者四之一。諸男之地封疆方百里，其食者四之一。」鄭康成《注》謂其食者半、參之一、四之一者，乃天子食此諸侯之貢也，不用先鄭之說。愈謂諸侯自食其半、三之一、四之一，而以其餘貢天子。其說頗詆康成。今考《春秋》昭公十三年《傳》曰：「昔天子班貢，輕重以列。列尊貢重，周之制也。」杜注：「公侯地廣，故取貢者多。」 |
