1  | 明龐尚鴻撰。尚鴻字少襄，南海人。副都御史尚鵬之弟。以貢入國學，上書政府。複獻飛車、飛舟諸疏，得旨下部。授鹽城訓導，擢英山知縣。時河決為祖陵患，尚鴻撰進《治河三策》。值巡撫與河臣議不合，移怒尚鴻，謫西安縣教諭，終崑山縣丞。蓋亦好事而兼好議論者也。是編乃其在鹽城時講求治河方略，設為或問，類次成書。其力闢毀高堰之議，大抵與潘季馴相合。末附《開澗河疏草》一首，則專論泗州祖陵利害云。 |
| 1 | 明龐尚鵬撰。尚鵬字少南，南海人。嘉靖癸丑進士，官至副都御史，巡撫福建。天啟初，追謚惠敏，事跡具《明史》本傳。是集：奏疏四卷，雜文三卷，詩二卷，凡分三編。《千頃堂書目》作三卷，葢僅據其雜文一種也。詩文皆樸實，惟奏議頗為明暢，其《與張居正小簡》尤切直，居正複書附焉。葢論萬厯四年九月居正奪情事也。史稱居正深銜之，嗾吏科給事中陳三謨「以給由歲月有誤」劾之，遂罷去。家居四年而卒云。 |
