1  | 明逯中立撰。中立有《周易札记》，已著录。是书凡奏议六篇，皆中立为给事中时所上。以历官吏、兵二科，故称两垣。其中《论公用舍》、《论修史用人》及《论会推阁臣》三疏，本末略具《明史》本传。盖中立以是三疏，一忤旨停俸，一见忌辅臣，一被贬外授，故史特摘录于本传。其《请罢织造》、《论东倭》及《请停例金》三疏，虽事不施行，然亦皆铮铮不阿，无愧封驳之职，不得以卷帙之少废之矣。旧本附刻中立所作《周易札记》后。今既分隶四库，则列于《经部》为不伦，故析出别著录焉。 |
