1  | 宋史正志撰。正志字志道，江都人。绍兴二十一年进士，累除司农丞。孝宗朝历守庐、扬、建康，官至吏部侍郎。归老姑苏，自号吴门老圃。所著有《清晖阁诗》、《建康志》、《菊圃集》诸书，今俱失传。此本载入左圭《百川学海》中，《宋史艺文志》亦著于录。所列凡二十七种。前有自序，称自昔好事者，为牡丹、芍药、海棠、竹笋作谱记者多矣，独菊花未有为之谱者，馀故以所见为之云云。然刘蒙《菊谱》先已在前，正志殆偶未见也。末有后序一首，辩王安石、欧阳修所争楚词落英事，谓菊有落有不落者，讥二人于草木之名未能尽识。其说甚详，是可以息两家之争。至于引诗访落之语，训落为始，虽亦根据《尔雅》，则反为牵合其文，自生蛇足。上句木兰之坠露，坠字又作何解乎？英落不可餐，岂露坠尚可饮乎？此所谓以文害词者也。 |
