明郭棐、王學曾、袁昌祚同撰。棐，南海人。嘉靖壬戌進士，官至布政使，加光祿寺卿。學曾履貫未詳，官光祿寺丞。昌祚，東莞人。隆慶辛未進士，官布政司參議。是書成於萬歷壬寅，凡為《藩省志》十三卷，《郡縣志》四十九卷，《藝文志》三卷，《外志》七卷。其《藩省志》輿圖之後，即列《事紀》五卷，茫無端緒。惟《仙釋》、《寺觀》列之《外志》，較他志體例為協。又增《罪放》、《貪酷》二門，以示譏貶。則仿佛《嘉靖江西志》例也。
